Umesh Sethi, founder and CEO of Sputnikfields, brings over +40 years of extensive experience in leadership and financial management. He previously served as President and Chief Financial Officer at Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd., where he spent over 21 years leading international expansion and overseeing financial operations. Currently, he is also the CEO of a manufacturing firm in India, driving operational excellence and strategic growth. Umesh founded Sputnikfields with a vision to offer companies proven solutions in operations, finance, and mergers & acquisitions. He is a certified Chartered Accountant and ranked in the top 10 in his cohort.

He previously held the position of Executive Director with Goverment of India and has built and sold multiple firms throughout his career. He holds a First-Class B.Sc. (Hons.) and M.Sc. in Physics from University and Management Program at Harvard Business School.
